Waited three hours for a minibus to fill up, the buses here depart only when their seat all sold out. Then, it was another long day. Everybody said it will just about 6 hours bus ride from Khorog to Murgab, but my bus took 12 hours. The bus condition (same kind of Russian minibus though) was ok, the road was ok, God knows why it take so long... The people here are all don't care about time, they can wait for hours or even days for a bus. And the bus might cancelled at anytime if the driver feel not comfortable to go. So, nowadays travelling in Tajikistan by public transport you're better to have plenty of time and be very patient.
