Aral Sea, was the fourth largest lake in the world. But now, it is almost disappeared. 'Thanks' to the Ex-Soviet Scientist!!

The Soviet scientist tapped the up rivers of the Aral Sea to irrigate huge area of new cotton fields in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, caused this giant lake dried up quickly. It was also changed the climate for the whole region. Nowadays, the city of Moynaq is almost dead, people are hard to live there. The sea now is only a desert.
