Bridge over really cold water.

Text written in: English

So today was a day of bloody cold wind. Up and at'm early in the morning to go and see the Brooklyn Bridge. It was pretty awesome once the police officer had pointed us in the right direction. The only problem was the wind, it was the fact when you take your hands out of your pocket to take a photo your fingers turn blue.

After going to see the bridge and the great views of the city and the statue of liberty we got the tube back to union square to find something to eat. We wandered around for a while but then we found a place called lenny's on a side street around 5th and 24\5\6th. It was a chance meeting but it turns out that it was voted in the top 10 eats. It was most awesome it was so good there was no talking for the whole time, an almighty place to eat.

Then it was down to the Staten Island Ferry where we got the boat (which is free) to staten island and back going past the statue of liberty and had great views of the city, we also took a stroll around battery park to see the globe that the twin towers feel onto. Then it was back to Jacks to watch the super bowl...which was nice.

Today is the last night at Jacks and tomoorw we'll be off to DC.
