Mag & Daves

After very little sleep James came into the lounge where i was sleeping to tell me it had snowed all night. He then left for work. As it was 7am I stumbled to the window and took a look outside, it had been snowing all  night. As snow in Guernsey is a rare thing it brought a smile to my face. i then went back to the couch/my bed to try and get more sleep. At 8am Mia burst into the room shouting about the snow, I was now awake. Soon enough we were on our way through the white stuff to Finsbury Park to meet Mia's cus. It would have been quicker to get there but the inch of snow had brought the country to a halt so it took a while to get there. Hannah picked us up from the station and we were on our way to Aylesbury.


Aylesbury is a nice little town not much bigger than Guernsey, we went to a great little family run pub called the King's Head. i was allowed to sample all the ales before choosing my pint. I also met Dave and Mag who had invited us to tea. The rest of the family also turned up and we spent the hours having a tipple and talking about world travel.

I was soon off to bed with a full belly and a fuzzy head.
