imagine yourself on a white sandy beach, water like sapphire and the only thing to do is relax.

well thats the perhentian islands, beautiful islands not ruined by tourisum and with plenty of snorkeling and diving. we opted to snorkel as we have a little cold and theres no way you can dive with even the slightest sniffle.

the snorkeling was amazing, we actually got to see turtles grazing on sea grass and sharks lurking at the bottom of the reef and to top it off i got so burnt that i couldnt sit down for 3 days without yelping in pain  i will never learn ( no worries tho its all peeling off nicely now)

we also met one of our friends from argentina which was totally random because we thought that he had gone home.

keith decided to eat most of the fish we had seen snorkeling during the night time BBQ so he has now feasted on shark, kingfish and stingray.

we couldve stayed longer it is ever so tempting but we have to step up a gear if we want to make it to all of the places on our list.
