sun, sea and snorkeling

Text written in: English

that was possibly the hairyest flight i have ever been on. i was reading my book when i suddenly thought to myself "hey this is a bumpy road" and then i looked up and remembered i was in a plane! keith by this time was gripping his seat and looking a bit worried, im not one to get worried on planes, usually im confident that the person flying knows what they are doing and that i will not plummet to my death into the jungle. but this time i wasnt so sure. but after a while it smoothed out and i have never been so happy to see an airport.

kota kinabalu or KK to us traveling people (this is possibly cos we cant be bothered to pronouce it all the time) is nice, not as clean as kuching but it actually has local people milling around and this is a bonus. we are coming back after our jungle trip so we decided just to go to the islands off shore to do some snorkeling and basking. the islands were beautiful and not very expensive to go to and its possibly the best snorkeling ive yet to see. the sea was so clear and warm we couldve stayed in it all day and this is the reason why we got some nice sunburn but we think it was worth it.

oh we seen a bright blue giant star fish, we might get an underwater camera to take some pictures of fishys.
