end of the road

well here we are the end of our 6 months around a tiny bit of south america and have loved every minute, santiagos really cool we went clubbing the other night and didnt stop dancing till 5am to some great indie music *apart from the mad half hour of morrissey*.

departing today at 5pm to newzealand and wont get there till a day and a half later ! i know im wondering where my day went too.

Sorry to leave south america but cant wait to get back to english speaking world again we never really mastered the spanish language..plus you cant get cheese and onion crisps anywhere on this damn continent *weve tried* Had a wonderfull time all the same, nice not having to work for a whole six months but its back to real world now......weve no jobs, nowhere to live but sure at least theres the crisps!

Best bits of the trips are in this order

1. Volunteering in Bolivia and sleeping with monkeys in our tent

2. Machu Pichu

3. The Ecuadorian coast > sun sea sand and turtles.........and cocktails

4. the Pantanal and getting to chase anteaters and armadillos in a truck

5. And finally  the jungle

Worst bits

1. not understanding at least 80% of whats being said to us

2. Long bus trips our record was 18 hours

3. surprise olives in our food!
