intrepid explorers we aint

off we trundeled into the mountains again for what we believed would be a stop nearer iquitos.

6 hours on a bus and another dubbed spanish movie we arrived, found a gorgeous little hostel the only problem being it was up the steepest hill known to man. my thighs got some work out i tell u.

church is really big over here especially near palm sunday so they decided to let off bangers all the time jus for the craic. we wanted to see the inside of the church but mass was going on so we bought a candle and popped in, the communion line was bigger than mass at christmas in monaghan.

we went out to some old graves on the tuesday wasnt that good really but nice views, on wednesday we went to go see some rock formations and met the most ignorant american i have ever spoken too (sorry to all u enlightened ones out there) we had to crawl through a rock space it was really tight with no lights luckily we r small.

had to go back to chiclayo to get a bus to chachapoyas cos its wet season and the roads closed ! typical.

soo off we go another 6 hours
