Final days in TO.

Its the 8th of February... I am gonna be getting on a flight for Mombasa tomorrow.  I am excited and nervous, but more excited!  I got several emails from people who are already there with the i-to-i organization, people who will be on the  London - Nairobi leg of the flight and even people I will be replacing when I get there.  Everyone is super excited, or has really good things to share.  All are going to travel after their volunteering experiences.  And every week no matter where your staying in Mombasa, all the volunteers get together and share their stories from the week. 

The guy who is there right now had some really good stories to share.  He coached a boys football team in the mornings, and a girls basketball teams in the evenings.  Then in the afternoons, he and another volunteer were working on laying new flooring in one of the schools.  So the time there is pretty varied and new projects come up all the time.

So yeah.. things are sounding more interesting there.. and its supposedly hitting 40 degrees so VERY HOT! 

Well.. the next post will be when I get there... so fingers crossed!
