This really is the last Jaipur entry

I'm back in Jaipur. They journey back from camp was delayed by an hour as we got a flat tire. Thankfully we hadn't left Nohar and so weren't stranded out in the middle of nowhere. I don't remember much once the journey started because I wasn't feeling too good and so slept for 6 out of the 7 hours.

I leave for Jodhpur tonight and so I spent the day at the Amber Fort which is 8km from Jaipur. It's a pretty pink fort perched high on a hill top, with some spectacular views and nice gardens. It's a very touristy location, with more vendors selling postcards/guidebooks/handicrafts than you can shake a stick at. The walk upto the fort takes 10-15min, but can also be done on elephant, which gives an idea of how touristy the place really is.

I'm back in town with a few hours to kill before my train at midnight. I wanted to watch a film at the famous Raj Mandir Cinema, but it's showing Vivah, which I've already seen and it's not worth a second viewing. I'll probably just sit here in this nice coffee shop and then head out to a cyber cafe and update my blog and post more pictures.
