It was undergoing some renovations on the outside, still quite impressive. The inside was amazing, yet i did not want to take pictures inside and risk looking like even more of a tourist. GORGEOUS on the inside! a fountain outside where people do "woozu" the washing up before prayer more from inside Tajreesh down the street from Tajreesh, a shot looking at all the traffic, always a lot. the road signs around Tehran all look like this, well, all the new ones. notice, theres also signs pointing to nearby mosques. a car just like mine! quite rare Masjid-e-ghoba waiting, or maybe after, the group prayer. listening to the talk by the imam. i was taking pictures ealier inside, and this kid comes up to me and asks if im a journalist. "just a tourist." and he says its ok and leaves. im not sure what the deal is with journalists, but tourists are welcome! posing for pictures. one of the many open streams around tehran that chanel the water that runs off from the mountains taking a walk with my cousin around the neighborhood i saw these spread around neighborhoods, still not 100% clear as to what they are for yes, it snows in Iran. whos coocoo for coco puffs??? the only bomb i ever saw in Iran. iranian cemetary for Cassiano. school supplies store, where all the girls hang out! a church! spotted along one of the more dense areas of the city another mural.
