Desert & Coral / Desert et corail

So I did some more amazing stuff today -- Rolf and I rented a 4x4 and went for a hair-raising trek in the desert with it. He was driving, and there were times where I got so much air on the back that I wasn't sure if I'd be able to hold on. Crazy stuff. :) We had so much fun. :) Then we rented sea kayaks and went to look at the coral and the purple jellyfish in the Gulf of Aqaba. The water was crystal clear, we could even see divers at the bottom. Another perfect day in Dahab! Tonight, I'll try to get a few early hours of sleep, and then we're being taken to Mount Sinai at midnight to climb in the dark and see the sunrise from up there tomorrow morning.

Alors j'ai encore fait plein de choses interessantes aujourd'hui -- Rolf et moi avons loue un 4x4 pour faire un tour extreme dans le desert. C'est lui qui conduisait, et moi, il y a des moments ou je rebondissais tellement haut que je n'etais pas certaine de pouvoir rester sur le bolide. C'etait fou, on a eu beaucoup de plaisir. :) Ensuite, on a loue des kayaks de mer pour aller voir le corail et les meduses violettes dans le Golfe d'Aqaba. L'eau etait tellement claire qu'on pouvait voir des plongeurs au fond! Une autre journee parfaite a Dahab. Ce soir, je vais essayer de dormir quelques heures, puis on vient nous chercher a minuit pour faire l'ascension du Mont Sinai. On va voir le lever de soleil de la-haut demain matin.
