near cotapaxi

Latacunga was just a quick stop for the night before heading off on the Quilitoa loop. 

On clear days you can see supposedly 9 volcanoes or so from the town (including the famed Cotapaxi), but it was cloudy the two times we went by there, and so we saw none.
