home sweet home

found a place!

its a classic. a small old woodern A-frame house, called 'the chimo inn' ..i'm sharing the attic with a aussie lad from gundawindy and paying through my arse for the privalige, sharing the rest of the house with 12 people.. its ridiculous, theres people jammed into every spare space  ..we've got french-canadians, three french dudes, two canadian girls, two japanese, a kiwi girl and the aussie lad.. the house never sleeps.

first day in was thanksgiving here in canada ..we chipped in and bought a big turkey spread.. so good. no-one really knew how to cook it, had to ring megans mum a few times for the run-down on turkey cooking.. worked out really well, we had a big family dinner.. the frenchies bought all this amazing cheese and breads.. they love their food with such passion.. its amazing to go shopping with them, they really know their fresh produce.. really cool.
