Santa Monica. .dum dum dum people are strange!!

If you get get the title watch Lost Boys cos the pier and the carousel look just like the scenes from the film!! We also have sneaking suspicions about the beach being the one from City of Angels!! Its a bit freaky when you see the scenery and and the films click in your head!! So, Santa monica quite a cool laid back place and very "like. .  Califorian yeah know!!" We had a really nice hotel her very old fashioned (moore influenced actually) and the sunset from the pier was fantastic!! We went for breakfast in the neighbourhood at a place called Marmalade where apparently you get one or two movie stars hanging out but no joy on that morning, just rude obnoxious americans (yep we've finally cracked . . we dont like americans !)  We spent alot of time looking for my wedding outfit and stiil had no joy and with the wedding only a few days away its getting a bit worrying!!! Off to LAX to fly out to Hawaii!!!!!

Never take a greyhound bus anywhere!!! especially not through the desert from Vegas to L.A!!!!(this was taken at the halfway point Barstow!!) Santa Monica from the Pier at sunset, very spooky , very Lost Boys actually!! Great sunsets on this side of L.A yep its not to be missed !! Strange very strange! (and the sky is odd too!) Pretty sure this is the beach shot at sunset they used in City of Angels movie!! Great beach here! Perfect sunset!!
