Where in the world is Gail?

Where in the world is Waldo... I mean Gail?  That's what my family was thinking!  So was I!

I finally got to Miami without incident.  At this point, I was transferred to American Airlines.  My luggage had still not been located!  I hoped it was in LA with Lan Peru, but they were NOT being helpful!  This flight got delayed a couple of hours.  Luckily, it was the last leg and we all cheered when we finally took off.  The new security had played havoc with many people's travels.

I talked with a young man who worked for the Peace Corps in Washington DC.  He was going to Lima for a conference with all the Peace Corp volunteers in South America.  It was very interesting hearing about what they were doing down here and how it might support some of the Shipibo Indian efforts as discussed in the documentary "Children of the Anaconda".  Watch it if you get a chance.  I will be spending some time with the Shipibo Indians while on this journey.  More about that later....
