Pisco

Left Lima midday on Sunday and travelled south to Pisco, home of Peru's national alcoholic beverage.  The drink is not that nice to be honest but I forced a couple down my throat!  Pisco is a small town with not much happening.  The purpose of staying there was to go down the road to Paracas.  It is here where you get a ferry to the Ballestas Islands to look at wildlife such as birds, sealions and penguins.  Highlight of Pisco is this 6 year old kid approaching me and telling me to "fuck off" and then attempting to sell me some sweets.  With such a good opening pitch, we all couldn't resist his charms and duly bought some.
