Text written in: English

Look up the Englishman on his steam ship the 'Varari' built on the Clyde and shipped in bits to lake Titicaca.  see... www.yavari.org    (did this on Friday 14th,  well worth waiting for)

Change of Plan ....

Confined to Gloria, kept company by a mother Llama and her baby, Miss Hilda, Edger, and Fritz,  all making me welcome with copiouse amounts of Mata de Coca.  Bad head and feeling rotten. and general sorry for myself. Finished off 1.5 bananas I got in my bag (the baby llama had the other half)  This altitude sickness is a real knock about.... still can't last for ever ... can it.

NOTE: FRIDAY 14th.JULY

Puno is full of internet cafes ... and very expensive  (joke)   1 Soll (18p) buyes you 3 hours and Ive almost had that on this the first day of getting near a machine to update. The following enteries will have to be in outine only untill I have more  time .... a pitzza in real clay oven cooked by an Italien  Trained Peruvian (Edgar) awaits me in in a couple of hours, and I cant miss that.
