St Georges Day

The springy weather has returned, with sunshine and showers (as usual for April). The leaves are coming back, the flowers are out, it's generally a nice time of year Smile

With the temps meant to be up to 20 on saturday, we headed to Portsmouth to see the HMS Warrior that we missed last time we were there.

On Sunday it was time for me to march up the high street with the guides and scouts of Windsor for the annual St George's service in the parish church. It was good fun with no hand puppets in sight (although I did like the dragon one). The guides did say to me "This is soooo boring, can we go now?" but I am sure the little ones enjoyed it more.

In other news it's only 7 sleeps until we go to Santorini!  Break the togs and sunscreen out of mothballs!  Go on last-minute crash diets!
