More heatwaving

The temperature has skyrocketed, much to the despair of the Brits.  We are loving it though!  (well, for most of the day until the temperature in the office becomes unbearable).

I have a new bike now too so we have been riding a bit in the forest.  Shane has introduced me to the mountain bike trails and I haven't broken any bones yet so it's going well :)  Just need to get a bit more fit so that I can get up the hills!
