Tea hawkers and Peking Opera

Arrive Beijing. Get bus into central Beijing, and find some cheap (IYH) accommodation.  Get chatting to a couple of "teachers" who lead us away to a "tea shop", where they ply us with special teas in a ceremonial manner.  Then they try to charge us about £40 for a few tea leaves.  We make a run for it.  We miss our Peking Opera because of this, so very upset.
