Computer games.....

So I had this thought today.....i know I seem to go on a lot about my scooter escapades ( I hope they aren't too boring!) but I realised today that driving out here is just like one of those computer racing car games....you know the ones where the sun is shining, palm trees line the roads, and you have crazy dudes weaving in and out of all the traffic, and a barrage of on-coming vehicles you constantly have to swerve out of the way from. That's just what it's like here! Only I'm guessing a little more painful when you crash! The constant beeping is beginning to get on my nerves now tho. And it's a specific type of horn that's doing it. Most I can tolerate, but some cars and bikes have this really really horrible horn that they press for like ten seconds at a time, and the sound is so painful to hear. ooooh it gets me a little worked up. Especially when there is absolutely NO NEED for it!!

Lots of the traffic lights here have countdown timers on them, its really funny watching everyone revving up their engines all jostling for pole position and as soon as the timer hits 6 seconds, they're off, formula one sylee! ( no one actually waits for the zero and a green light.....it would seem 6 seconds is the accepted GO! Time.....India hey!.)

Coming back from the swimming pool this morning (I was lucky enough to share it with just 3 people today....sweet!!!! Oh, and these scary looking fighter planes that kept circling so low overhead, making me wonder if the next war had started already...)

But yeah, coming back from the pool I get to see this farmer taking his herd of like hundreds and hundreds of sheep down the main highway. They actually looked like they were heading for the petrol station, but I think this may have just been a few strays intrigued by the smell of gas....... But I was thinking, just imagine that happening in London, like down Oxford Street or somewhere. Crazy!!!!
