Pisco Sour

Well the tour group is pretty mellow really.  4 Aussies, couple of whinging Brits, straight as Canadian couple and couple of mad Scottish chicks.  The Aussie group are the drinkers so am vary of getting into drinking games with that lot!

We travelled by bus down to Pisco.  Pisco is a groovy little town that is named after the National drink which is Pisco alcohol 45% proof, sugar, egg white and lemon juice with a drop of bitters.  Bloody nice.  Still pleasantly surprised at how civilised the whole place is.
