Misty Mountains-are we really in Oz?

Just been to the beautiful Blue Mountains, amazing scenery, cliffs, waterfalls, bushes and eucalyptus trees! Day 1-Laura and i spent a day trekking in the bush on the mountain edges! Very f***ing scared but we did it-woohoo! I'm such a wimp-was more worried about slipping off of the edge or coming face to face with the friendly snakes + spiders that Oz's so famous for, but Laura helped me overcome it-what a sweetheart! Laura-country girl-brave as a tiger! Me-city girl-brave as a mouse!! Kinda reminds of when Carrie went to stay at Aidens Country Home in Sex And The City, those of you that know it will know what i'm talking about. Day 2-So much mist we were barely able to see our feet, let alone any mountains! Bit of a bummer but a wonderful experience, never seen anything like it, was very pretty, kinda like being on top of the world in amongst the clouds. We'll go back to see the rest at some point i'm sure-and next time we'll check the weather forecast before we head off!
