Writing. Devlet Hastane, Photos, Feel Crappy

I spent the morning writing about my Lycian Hike and it was clear that my time in Goreme was going to be a writing holiday. Around noon I went to the State Hospital and received my 3rd rabies vaccination. 5 minutes later I was out the door and 20 minutes after that I was starting to feel the twitches from the vaccination and the false itches.

My only advice is not to get bit by a stray dog because the rabies vaccination course has not brought a smile to my face. After that i went to an internet cafe and spent a few hours uploading photographs and posting them to my blog. I managed to upload all the photographs from 5 weeks of traveling in Turkey and add the 12,000 words to my blog that I had completed in Goreme. Thats about the equivalent to 30 paperback novel pages.

After all that I was not feeling well boarderline feverish so I decided to take a short restful nap and woke up feeling only a little bit better and then started writing some more until it was too late to continue. I resolved that after two days in Goreme, which is something of a Turkish Disneyland tourist trap, that I had better start a little bit of sight seeing. My guesthouse, Rock Valley, its nice enough and cheap enough that I plan on staying until I make my fated run for the border.
