I was feeling some travel fatigue so I slept in a bit and decided to spend the a good part of the day working with my photos. By lunch time I had all the photos from the previous months organized and ready to upload to my blog . I suppose the there are advantages to carrying a laptop. All said I averaged about 30 pictures for every day of the 1st four months of this trip.
I was feeling a bit cagey and could have used a shower, but all the English Varna blokes invited me out for a traditional meal and I accepted without a a second thought.
The food was good and cheap in ways that I knew I wouldn't have been able to find on my own. There were 4 of us and we were joined by a couple of more. I stayed for a drink or two after dinner and then made a hasty retreat so that I could take a shower.
I then joined another hostel mate to an internet café that was full of older men chain smoking and watching movies. Mostly normal movies, but a few men were watching soft mild porn films. I was at work for two hours mostly searching travel connections and airfare for the Middle Eastern portion of my journey.
Getting around the middle and avoiding flying is something of a complicated matter and worthy of some monk like research. I kept at it for nearly 2 hours before admitting defeat and resolving to continue the task another time. I also spent some more time researching a visit to central Asia.
My mind was so awash with possibilities that I had trouble sleeping while I contemplated the vast probabilities of my super trip . I still giggle like a mad man when people ask me how much longer I am entitled to traveling.
