Tallinn #2

Text written in: Swedish

I would like to say that we got an early start but we certainly didnt as I was still pretty tired. Laura showed me around a bit and then we hopped on a tour bus and sat for an hour tour of the city. I wasnt particularly impressed with the commentary and as interesting as Tallinn is, the tour didnt communicate that, but sitting on a double decker bus and driving around and taking photographs is still pretty fun in my book. After that we went to the Kumu Art musuem which was pretty new and had an interesting collection of art, I certainly enjoyed this. Plus they give you a little orange sticker for your shirt. After that we went to a soviet built TV tower complete with an obvervation deck on the 22nd floor.  This provided a great view of the city and of all the country side. Sadly though it was a misty overcast day and you couldnt really see as much as I had hoped. On one side of the observation deck they had a restraunt and we certainly ate in luxurious style, wonderful food.  In general the food here is quite good lots of fresh pasteries and yogurt.

After that we drove down to the sea shore outside the city and looked at the city from the shore and took yet more pictures. Then we visited the construction site of Lauras new house. It was 9:00 and the construction workers were still on the scene, which seemed a bit odd to me.  Then we went to the store and got  Icecream, and beer and chocolate, things that make me happy.
