I arrived in Malaga at about 8pm last night. Getting through customs was really easy. Much simpler than arriving into my own country. No forms, just a stamp and a smile.

I haven't seen Angela and Simon for about two years it turns out because they now have a two year old son. Last time I set eyes on him he was only a few months old. They certainly grow up quick. He talks now... and destroys things.

Ange made some food and we drank red wine and I got fully cranked up into gossip mode and told her the news from New Zealand... and for those of you from New Zealand reading this.. yes we were talking about you.

As the night progresses someone turned on the tv and we watched 2001 in the background. All those sound bites from just one movie!

The next morning (today) was a slow start. I did have some small person arrive in my room around 8am to play with his toy cars. That gave some light entertainment for the morning... then the real entertainment began: setting up my laptop on the local LAN. Took a few hours... but I'm now back online...

I was going to have a rant about EasyJet.com but I just can't be bothered... I got here after all.. and it was what it proported to be... cheap.
